Connected Accounting

Online accounting: you and your accountant, in the same system, in real time.

Most accountants tell you the same thing: "I'll keep your books up to date." We do it differently, and that way of working is our own model.

In the usual model, the accountant chases you: "send me the papers," "they haven't arrived," "the deadline is coming up," "send me the withholding receipts." You're rushing, they're waiting, and in the end your books are an old snapshot of what already happened.

With Connected Accounting, we turn that around. First we do an initial review to see where you stand and get you up to date. Then the accountant hands you the tool, and from then on you invoice, record your expenses and track your withholdings through our system. No more chasing papers: the information is connected from the moment it's created.

What changes? When the deadline arrives, your accountant already has everything in hand. They check how much was sold and how much was spent up to that day, maybe make a call if needed, and that's it. They reconcile, file online, and the PDF of the tax return is posted to your own account. Everything online, all the time.

What the model guarantees you

  1. Timely alerts. The system alerts you and your accountant before anything is due, so nobody has to rush at the last minute.
  2. Status traffic light. Log in and see at a glance whether you're compliant, whether something is missing or whether you've already filed. No need to ask.
  3. Supporting documents on file. Your invoices, withholdings and receipts are stored and organized right there, ready for whenever SENIAT (Venezuela's tax and customs authority) asks for something.
