About this procedure

In government contracting, who signs matters as much as what gets signed. The RNC records your company's legal representatives and authorized persons, the people empowered to act, sign bids and sign contracts on its behalf before public agencies. If that information is outdated, if someone who already left, changed roles or whose power of attorney expired still shows up as a representative, it opens a sensitive gap: a bid or contract signed by someone who no longer has registered authority can be challenged, and that, in the middle of a tender or a contract, is a serious issue.
Changes in representatives happen all the time, the board changes, new powers of attorney are granted, an attorney-in-fact is removed, but rarely does anyone rush to reflect it in the RNC. The mismatch sits there until an agency spots it while reviewing your bid, or until something urgent has to be signed and the registered person is no longer the right one. Keeping this information current is one of those invisible things that keeps a process from falling apart over a formality.
We get it right: we gather the documents that prove who your current representatives are and update that information in the RNC with the SNC, so the person listed is the one who can really act for your company. The price starts at $75 and is adjusted to your case. A lawyer reviews your situation and confirms with you before we start, no strings attached.
