About this procedure

The certificate of non-naturalization officially proves that a person has not acquired Venezuelan nationality by naturalization. It sounds like an unusual document, but it's requested in specific situations: some countries require you to prove you didn't acquire Venezuelan nationality by naturalization before granting you theirs or resolving certain immigration procedures, and it also comes up in processes where a person's nationality status needs to be clarified. Like any negative certificate, it requires the authority to search its records and certify that no naturalization is on file in that person's name. We handle it for you: we request the formal search, get the certificate of non-naturalization and, if you'll use it abroad, we apostille it through the right route and send it wherever you are. The uncommon document that, when you're asked for it, you can't get just anywhere.
