About this procedure

If your business produces, imports, stores, distributes or sells food, the government wants to know where your goods travel. That's what the SICA is for: SUNAGRO's Sistema Integral de Control Agroalimentario (integrated agri-food control system). You register there, get your code and, with it, issue the Guía Única de Movilización (single transport guide) that goes with every food shipment leaving your warehouse for another business. Without an active code you can't issue guides, and a truck carrying food without a guide at a road checkpoint (alcabala) means seized goods and a real headache.
Registration is done online, but there's a knack to it: the company profile, the representative's details, the security questions, the appointment, paying the activation fee, reporting the payment and uploading the scanned documents. One wrong entry or a document that won't upload leaves the code blocked, and unblocking it later costs more than doing it right from the start.
We handle your full registration in the SICA, upload your documents, walk you through the appointment and the code activation, and teach you to issue your own transport guides. If your code already exists but is blocked, we look into that too. The price starts at $80 and is adjusted to your case. A lawyer reviews your situation and confirms with you before we start, no strings attached.
