What it costs and how to pay

Our fee: we do all the work for you.
The official registry fee. It goes straight to the agency, and we give you the exact amount, with its receipt, before you pay anything.
How you pay: 50% when we start and 50% on delivery. In dollars, in bolívares at the official BCV exchange rate, or with Cashea.
How is your investment calculated?
Your investment has two parts, and we want you to see them clearly from the start.
1. What you pay us, our professional fee for handling the process. That's what it costs for us to do all the work for you.
2. What goes to the government, including official fees, revenue stamps, forms, registration, habilitaciones and logistics costs to provide you with a full service.
FAQ
What happens if I keep operating without a registered company?
You invoice in your own name and your personal assets are on the line. On top of that, the bank won't open a corporate account for you and large clients won't hire you. Incorporating is what keeps your own pocket separate from the business.
Does the price include the registry costs?
Yes. The amount shown is a close estimate of the total cost. Once you make your request, we review the registry costs and the details of your specific request with you and confirm the quote so you can decide.
Do I need to be there in person to sign?
Yes, signing is in person and we go with you. We also offer signing at your home or office, just ask us.
How many shareholders do I need?
At least two. If you're on your own, a firma personal (registered sole proprietorship) is a better fit.
What if I don't have a large amount of capital?
We advise you on the right minimum capital for your case.
About this procedure
Formalizing your business doesn't have to be a maze. The compañía anónima is the most solid and widely recognized company type in Venezuela: it separates you from your business, protects your personal assets and gives you credibility with banks, clients and suppliers.
We take care of everything: we reserve the name, draft the articles of incorporation and bylaws tailored to your project, coordinate the comisario (statutory auditor), submit the company file to the Commercial Registry and stay with you on signing day. You just sign.
Once your company is ready, the next steps are the RIF (Venezuelan tax ID), the stamping of the company books and the legal publication. We handle all of that for you too, so you can start operating without hold-ups.
Legal framework and important notes
Código de Comercio (Commercial Code), articles 213 to 260 · Ley de Registros y Notarías (Registries and Notaries Law), article 85
- The estimated time may vary depending on the Commercial Registry's availability
- The company name must be reserved before the procedure starts
- The final amount of official fees depends on the declared share capital
- A C.A. must appoint a comisario (an accountant or business administrator); their fee is arranged during the process
- If you want to handle your whole startup at once, the Set up your company route in our Solutions section brings these steps together in a single solution, at a package price
We guarantee our service, not what the agency decides. If something depends on them, we tell you clearly and in time.
