About this procedure

Labor is one of the areas that causes the most disputes and scares, because it combines two things: heavy regulation and the other party, the employee, who knows their rights better every day. A company can be doing well in sales and still be sitting on a labor time bomb: a poorly run payroll, records that were never signed, unmet obligations with the Ministry of Labor, and neglected workplace safety under INPSASEL, which is one of the issues that can reach the owner's personal assets. The trouble almost always surfaces when an employee leaves upset or when an inspection shows up.
The classic mistake is dealing with labor matters only when they blow up, with a lawsuit or a fine already on you, when the file should have been built right from day one. Orderly labor matters, with the right payroll, signed records and obligations up to date, are the best preventive defense there is: they turn a labor claim from a serious threat into a manageable matter, because you have the paperwork to back you up.
We keep that area protected: we manage your payroll and your obligations with the Ministry of Labor and INPSASEL month by month, and we make sure your employment records are always in order, so neither an unhappy employee nor an inspection catches you unprepared. The subscription starts at $130 a month, depending on the size of your payroll. An advisor reviews your case and builds your plan, no strings attached.
