About this procedure

The corporate ISLR return is the big tax date of the year for every company. It's the final income tax return, filed in the first quarter of the year after the fiscal year closes, and it determines how much the company really earned and how much tax it owes the government. Rates for legal entities run from 15% to 34% depending on the income level, with their bracket deduction (sustraendo), and everything is filed through the SENIAT portal.
Here's the delicate part: this return doesn't come out of thin air; it feeds directly off the year-end close. If the close is done right, the return comes out clean; if there are errors at the base, they carry over into the return, and that's when the tax assessments, discrepancies and fines show up, ranging from 100% to 300% of the unpaid tax. Not filing, or filing late, is one of the failures SENIAT charges most for, and for companies more than a year behind, it can even mean temporary closure of the business.
We take your year-end close, determine your taxable net income, calculate the tax with the applicable rates and bracket deduction, and file your return on time, fully supported by working papers. The price starts at $120 and goes up with the size of the company and the complexity of the fiscal year. A licensed accountant reviews your case and gives you the exact figure before we start, no strings attached.
