About this procedure
Did you know you can do each of these steps yourself on the official websites? It's absolutely true, and doing it on your own costs less. We're a services company: we don't charge you for access to the websites, which are public, but for taking the whole procedure off your hands and getting it right for you. What you're buying here is not having to think about anything: we put together and run the whole process while you get on with your life, and we send you the document wherever you are, in Venezuela or abroad.
This is the service for people who don't want to deal with routes, websites or steps: you give us the document and we do absolutely everything. Each document has its own path, and that's where people get tangled up: civil and commercial registry records and documents go through SAREN (Venezuela's registries and notaries service); degrees and transcripts through the GTU of the Ministry of University Education; high school diplomas through the Zona Educativa (the Ministry of Education's regional office); criminal record certificates through the Ministry of the Interior; and they all end with the apostille (Hague Convention certification for use abroad) at the MPPRE (Venezuela's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which issues apostilles). We identify the right route for your document, handle the prior legalization (official verification of a signature or document) where needed, process the apostille, check that every detail matches so you're not rejected, and if the destination country asks for a certified translation, we coordinate it with an intérprete público (sworn translator authorized in Venezuela). One service, one point of responsibility, zero runaround for you. And we send you the apostilled document wherever you are, in Venezuela or abroad. It's the option for people who value their time and want the peace of mind that everything is done right the first time.
Legal framework and important notes
Ley de Registros y Notarías (Registries and Notaries Law) · Código Civil (Civil Code) · 1961 Hague Apostille Convention
- Each document has its own route. SAREN (civil and commercial registry), GTU (degrees and transcripts), Zona Educativa (high school diplomas), Ministry of the Interior (criminal records); they all end with the apostille at the MPPRE
- If a detail doesn't match the physical document, the system rejects it; that's why we check first
- 100% online service, with no in-person signature required from you
- The estimated time depends on the agency's appointment availability, which we don't control
- We work to get it done as quickly as possible and keep you informed at every step
We guarantee our service, not what the agency decides. If something depends on them, we tell you clearly and in time.
