What it costs and how to pay
There are two separate payments, and we want you to see them clearly.
Our fee: we do all the work for you.
The official registry fee. It goes straight to the agency, and we give you the exact amount, with its receipt, before you pay anything.
How you pay: 50% when we start and 50% on delivery. In dollars, in bolívares at the official BCV exchange rate, or with Cashea.
How is your investment calculated?
Your investment has two parts. What you pay us, professional fees from $125, for putting together and running your whole file. Bought separately (birth $35 + criminal record $35 + marriage $35 + translation $45), it would come to about $150, so you save about $25
What goes to the government, the official fees, in bolívares at the official BCV exchange rate, which we don't keep Your lawyer gives you the exact figure before you pay anything, no strings attached.
FAQ
What happens if I emigrate with loose, untranslated documents?
You find out what's missing once you're abroad, when you can no longer go back for it. The package completes your immigration folder before you leave.
Which documents does it include?
Birth certificate, criminal record certificate, marriage certificate if applicable, and the certified translation.
How much does it cost, and is it cheaper than buying separately?
The package's professional fee starts at $125; separately it's about $150. Official fees and shipping are separate.
What if I need another document?
It's added with a price adjustment when we quote.
When do I get the criminal record certificate?
We schedule it last, because it's valid for 90 days; that's one of the package's safeguards.
About this procedure
Did you know you can do each of these procedures yourself on the official websites? It's absolutely true, and on your own it costs less, piece by piece. We're a services company: we put together the complete package, run it from start to finish without errors and save you money compared with buying each piece separately, while you get on with your life. And we send everything wherever you are, in Venezuela or abroad.
Emigrating means carrying a stack of apostilled paperwork, and doing it one document at a time is a headache and costs more. This package brings together the personal documents almost everyone who emigrates needs: an apostilled birth certificate, an apostilled criminal record certificate, a marriage certificate if applicable, and the certified translation of whatever the destination country asks for. We put together the complete file, follow each document's route, and take care of the critical detail of the criminal record certificate, which is only valid for ninety days, so it doesn't expire before your procedure, and we deliver everything ready. Bought piece by piece, it would come to around one hundred fifty dollars in professional fees; as a package it starts at one hundred twenty-five, with a single point of responsibility instead of coordinating each procedure on your own. We send everything wherever you are, in Venezuela or abroad.
Legal framework and important notes
Ley de Registros y Notarías (Registries and Notaries Law) · Código Civil (Civil Code) · 1961 Hague Apostille Convention
- Each document follows its official route and ends with the apostille at the MPPRE (Venezuela's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which issues apostilles)
- Criminal record certificates are only valid for 90 days. We time it so they arrive still valid
- The package adjusts to the actual documents in your case
- 100% online service, with no in-person signature required from you
- The estimated time depends on the agency's appointment availability, which we don't control
- We work to get it done as quickly as possible and keep you informed at every step
We guarantee our service, not what the agency decides. If something depends on them, we tell you clearly and in time.
