About this procedure

This is one of the worst-kept and least-used secrets of the Venezuelan tax system: many companies have money in their favor at SENIAT and don't even know it. These are called tax credits, and they build up in several ways: the VAT you pay on purchases that exceeds the VAT you charge, the VAT withholdings applied to you that keep piling up without you being able to offset them, or payments you made in excess. It's your money, legitimately yours, sitting there waiting to be claimed.
The catch is twofold. First, almost nobody knows they have that money in their favor, because you have to analyze the accounting records and tax returns to spot it. Second, even when you know, the recovery procedure with SENIAT is one of the most technical and demanding there is: it takes flawless supporting documents, a well-built case file and knowing how to navigate a process the tax authority doesn't make easy, because nobody likes giving money back. That's why so many companies leave that money abandoned, when it could actually bring real relief to their cash flow.
We get it back for you: we analyze your situation to find out how much you have in your favor, build the case file with the supporting documents SENIAT requires, and handle the recovery of your tax credits. It's one of the few services where our work turns into money coming back to your company. The price starts at $120 and is adjusted based on the amount and the complexity of the case. An advisor reviews your case and confirms before we start, no strings attached.
