About this procedure

Every time you hire someone, the law requires you to enroll them in Social Security within three days of their start date. It's not optional, and it's not something you can leave for later: it's an employer obligation, and one of the most expensive ones to neglect. Enrolling your people is what gives them access to their coverage, to their weeks of contributions and to their pension down the road, and it's also what protects you as an employer.
And here's the risk many employers don't see coming: if you don't enroll an employee and don't pay contributions for them, that debt doesn't disappear; it builds up quietly. Courts have already ordered companies to retroactively pay all the contributions of an employee who was never enrolled, plus penalties. In other words, today's oversight can turn into a huge bill years from now, when that employee files a claim or an inspection uncovers it. Not enrolling doesn't save money: it just postpones the issue and multiplies it.
We keep your staff properly enrolled and on time: we register each employee with IVSS, enter their details into the system and leave you with proof that every person on your payroll is where they need to be. The price starts at $45 and is adjusted based on the number of employees. An advisor reviews your case and confirms before we start, no strings attached.
