- The occupational health and safety committee (CSSL) is mandatory under the LOPCYMAT; it's a joint committee (employer + elected safety delegates)
- The number of safety delegates follows a scale based on headcount (from 1 to 10 employees, one; 11 to 50, two; 51 to 250, three; from 251, four, and larger companies may add one for every 500 employees or fraction)
- It must be set up with minutes and registered with INPSASEL
- The committee and the safety delegates sign the PSST (occupational health and safety program)
