FAQ

What happens if I don't project my cash flow?

A profitable company can die from running out of cash at the wrong moment. You made the sale but haven't been paid yet, and payroll is due today. The projection warns you ahead of time.

Why is cash flow so important?

Because profit isn't the same as cash. Cash flow tells you whether the money will be in the account on the day payroll, a supplier or SENIAT has to be paid.

How much does it cost?

The professional fee, from $150, covers the projection for your base scenario; alternative scenarios are quoted separately, and the price is adjusted to the size of the company.

Is it the same as a budget?

No. Cash flow details how cash moves over time; the budget is the overall plan.

Which companies is it for?

Any company that wants to master its liquidity.

About this procedure

Cash flow is, without exaggeration, what keeps a company alive. A company can be profitable on paper and still die from a lack of cash, because being profitable is one thing and having the money in the account on the day you have to pay payroll, a supplier or SENIAT (Venezuela's tax and customs authority) is something else entirely. A cash flow projection is the tool that shows, over time, how much money comes in and how much goes out, so you see the crunches coming before they turn into a crisis.
It tackles the most nerve-racking situation in any business: running out of cash at the wrong moment. With a good projection you know ahead of time which weeks or months will be tight, and that gives you time to act: negotiate a payment term, bring a collection forward, postpone an expense, look for financing calmly instead of in a rush. It's the difference between managing your liquidity and having your liquidity manage you.
We project your company's cash flow: we map expected inflows and outflows over time, identify the critical moments, and leave you with a clear tool for making liquidity decisions ahead of time. Prices start at $150 and go up with size and complexity. An accountant reviews your case and gives you the exact figure before we start, no strings attached.
