- What exactly do you do? Are you lawyers, or do you handle procedures?
- Will you tell me the price up front, or will you hide it until I show up?
- I don't understand anything about procedures. I don't know what papers I need or where to start. Do I have to come in already knowing what I want?
- Do I have to go stand in line at the ministries myself, or do you do everything? I don't have time, I work.
- What if I start a procedure and change my mind, or it couldn't be done, or it goes wrong? Do I lose my money?
- Okay, you've convinced me. How do I start? Do I call, write, click?
- Do you have set hours? I work all day. Or is it only Monday to Friday, 8 to 5?
